There is no quality problem with the product, Returns and exchanges are not accepted, If there is a quality problem, Please take a photo and send an email to customer service, the staff will solve the problem for you immediately.
We offer returns on all merchandise orders within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to return any of your orders.
To be eligible a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds are offered up to 7 days from date of purchase with receipt.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Postage will be at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
If your return is not accepted you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.
Any item purchased during the promotion or with a promo code will not be returned.

How soon will I get my refund?
